Hello. I got a new puppy. He was a rescue and from what I understand transferred to multiple foster homes. He is an amazing puppy. The only issue I have had is if I am petting one of my other dogs, he starts biting me. I have never had this happen before. This is very new to me. I have had multiple dogs for a long time. And he loves his new buddies. I think they have helped him transition to his new home here, with me, more than anything I could have done. He plays with them all day long.
I searched online and the advice is remove the dog from the other dogs. That is hard since we all live together. One says to use a bribe and put a chew toy as a bribe to stop biting me. Another says to never use a bribe.
Anyone else have had this problem? Suggestions?
