New dog (not puppy) peeing and pooping in house a LOT

We just adopted a second husky, she is between 5 and 9 years old (the shelter vet said 9, the rescue said 5). Her foster family said that she never had any accidents in the house, but she had an open door so she could go outside whenever she wanted. Since bringing her home three days ago, she had only pooped outside once, all of her other poops have been inside. She will pee outside, then pee inside literally a few minutes after coming back inside. We've been taking her out every two hours, but that doesn't seem to matter. I know that it could be a medical problem, but our vet appointment isn't for two more days and we are going crazy.

I know when training a puppy, you're not supposed to say "no" when they pee in the house, but does that apply to an adult who is already house trained? What else can we be doing??
