Negative mindset on Puppy

So I think I’ve identified that I focus too much on my what my puppy can’t/isn’t doing and when I think about it I get stressed out and overwhelmed but I’m realizing there’s so many things she’s done that are positive and already in just a month since bringing her home, some of the things I daydreamed about her doing/not doing (paw, name recall, sitting by the door to go outside for pee/poop, no longer freaking out as much as she did at first when trying to put on collar, harness or clothing)

Any tips for how I can switch my mindset? I think I’m focusing on the wrong things which is making me feel this stress/anxiety.

I also think I may have been letting her be the boss and that’s why I’m seeing a lot of biting/chewing and barking behaviour. I was only putting her down for naps 2 maybe 3 times a day (she is 14 weeks old) and from 5:30-10:30 I would try to “beat her out” so I would get a full night’s sleep for work. But I’m realizing I need to enforce more naps and have her in her crate more maybe?
