My puppy cries non stop when I leave

I have a 9 week female cavapoo puppy for 2 days. She will not stop crying when she is in the pen until someone goes back to her. Her setup is a crate inside a playpen. I know that she is still settling, but is there any way I can try to stop this behavior? We ignore it as long as we can, but she just doesn't stop! Any help please? Thanks
