My puppy acts like she’s starving

Ivory my 7 week old puppy acts like she’s starving with the food we give her. How do we train/fix it cus she inhales her food and constantly acts like she’s not eating often which isn’t true cus I feed her every 4 hours and I always top her kibble with some form of wet food now that’s I’ve got her transitioned (I know a little to early but my grandma had stopped buying her wet food cus she was tired of spending money) anyways how do I fix that? Do I start training her to keep still? 😭😭😭 I’m so lost
