My partner and I almost mixed up our dog’s meds this week — how do people avoid this?

My partner and I almost mixed up our dog’s meds this week.

Nothing bad happened, but it made me realize how easy this gets once two people are involved. One person thinks it already happened, the other thinks they’re handling it later, and then nobody is totally sure.

How do you all handle this at home?
