My dog won’t stop having accidents in the house HELP

hey everyone.

I need some help. I got a 6 month old puppy about a month ago, and it’s been a real struggle. He’s great in every other aspect, however he was potty trained to pee pads. I feel like I’ve tried absolutely everything. from day one he’s only been getting fed earlier in the day, absolutely nothing in the evening. I originally watched a bunch of videos and they told me to keep the pee pads for a bit but to slowly move them towards the door. then remove them or start putting them outside so he can see that. anyhow fast forward some he no longer has them. I decided a crate might help, I was feeding him in the crate because supposedly that’s supposed to make them realize they don’t want to eat and pee in the same place. that was not the case. he pees in his crate almost everytime hes in it. I tried making the crate smaller but that didn’t help either. so now this is usually our routine, gets fed earlier in the day usually mid morning and mid to later afternoon. after he is fed I try to get him playing and give him some time to be ready to go outside, then I will take him out, sometimes successful but not very often. he does not signal to use the bathroom so this evening I bought some of those bell things to try get him to signal. I also have an enzyme cleaner but that does not help. he is still peeing and pooping in the house. especially at night after we’ve been outside so many times before bed and he’s had nothing to eat or drink for probably 2-3 hours before bed. if you’ve read this far thank you. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT
