my dog is pushing his bowl around

for context he’s 14 going blind and def. he’s a cockapoo breed. whenever he gets his food bowl he pushes it with his nose. sometimes he undershoot and rubs his nose against the floor. after he’s done doing this, sometimes he will eat his food but most times he will only have one or two kibble then leave.
