My dog is afraid to sleep in her bed

My dog is a rescue, she's 4 years old, she's been with us since June. Her bed is located in the living room, by the window. She doesn't sleep with us since our room is our old cats' safe space. She always sleeps in her bed and except when there are thunderstorms, she stays there until we come wake her up in the morning.

Yesterday, I taped Halloween decorations in the window near her bed. I intended to remove them today. During the night, they kinda fell, making a lot of noise. I thought it was her making the noise so I didn't really mind. Another batch of decorations fell a few minutes later. I didn't give it another thought but I was unable to fall back asleep so I went to the bathroom. After that, I went to the living room to find my dog and see what happened but she wasn't there. I found her in the basement, a place she usually never goes by herself. I petted her and when I went back upstairs, she followed me. She didn't want to come in the living room at first so she hid in the kitchen. I removed the fallen decorations and invited my dog back to her bed. She hesitated but she came. I petted her a lot but now she's very anxious. She yawns a lot, she will sometimes lay her head but get it back up as soon as she hears a minor sound, she's curled up in a little corner of her bed. She's not relaxed.

How can I help her relax so she doesn't stay afraid of her bed?
