Her name is Dottie and we got her in August when she was about 4 months old, and she had no food aggression issues. I'm only 13 but I tried my best to teach her simple tricks and shes such a sweet dog, but recently when she's laying on my bed and I just try to sit down and I'm not even bothering her she'll snap on me?
She won't bite me but she'll stand up and just loudly snarl out of nowhere.. for example today when she was on my bed and I was making a TikTok of my food she like jumped towards me and snarled?? what really upsets me is that she's starting to resource guarding stuff that isn't even hers.. I don't know where all this is coming from but it makes me so sad to see cause it feels like I failed her even tho I can't really do much about it cause I don't have a lot of knowledge to actually train a dog, but does anybody have any tips??
