he playfully jumps, bites and scratches A LOT, and it has been hurting and making cuts, last time I came hete for advice i was recommended ignoring him rather than trying to contain him by the collar. However, it doesn't seem to be working, and he is hurting me a lot, what can I do here? I feel lost
