Morning schedule messed up because of time change

Any advice on getting puppy back to her normal schedule after the time change? She’s 14 weeks and before the time change she was going to bed around 9:30 and sleeping until 7:30 (yes I know I was lucky). She also learned crying before the sun was up (7) meant cold potty break and back in crate (don’t worry her natural sleep schedule generally had her asleep until 7:30 or even later if I let her). Now she’s up between 6-6:30 and doesn’t settle back down probably because in her mind the sun is up and it’s the normal wake time. I have tried keeping her up to her normal bedtime but she’s crashing by 8 and the one time she managed to stay up till 9 she was still up again by 6. If it’s before 6:30 it’s the same cold boring potty breaks but when I try it after 6:30 she can’t relax.
