Will anyone search a microchip number that can pull the owner information? Dog was found with leash and collar and phone number on tag, but you never know if someone suffered an emergency or something. He was then placed in foster. I just want to make sure personally that someone has done their due diligence to find the owner and make sure everything is ok.
