Keep or Rehome?

I need some advice

I adopted my sweet 5 year old boy about 4 months ago.

I was told today that my visa is no longer being supported by the company, but they will transfer me to an office in Paris.

My dog is very special needs, he's incredibly anxious and skittish and doesn't trust many people. He's a sweet boy, but I have a hard time getting help watching him and now I'm moving to a new country with no support network.

As heart broken as I would be to do this, I think I may need to rehome my dog to another person/familu instead of uprooting him.

The other side of the coin is that instead of me being remote most of the time, I will now be in office 5 days a week. So not only will his life be turned upside down, but now I will also be unavailable most of the week.

Any advice, in either direction would be helpful 🙂
