My dog is an 18-month-old Corgi. She really doesn’t like sleeping in her own bed. I have bought many different beds for her, but she seems to prefer sleeping on the floor all seasons. Now it’s getting cold and the floor has become very cool too. I’m really worried that she might catch a cold from sleeping on the floor—in fact, I’ve heard her hiccup many times at night. But she is truly reluctant to sleep in her own bed. Should I try to find a bed she likes? Does she really just prefer the floor?
