Issues with climbing fence

So I have a sweet girl German shepherd. We rescued her as a puppy and she looked nothing like a German Shepard and we were told she would be a small dog. Turns out she’s about 50-60 pounds and LOVES to climb our back fence. It’s only about 4 ft high and it’s a standard chain link. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas on something we could put up around the fence to prevent her from climbing. Getting a privacy fence is out of the question for the time being. Looking to keep the cost under 600$. The yard isn’t huge, it’s a standard suburban size yard in Michigan. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!
