My puppy just turned 3 months old and is a rescue, so I don’t know his breed. I love him a lot, but I’m unsure whether some of his play behaviour is normal puppy energy or early signs of aggression.
When he plays, he grabs his duck toy by the neck and shakes it very intensely, to the point where it looks violent. He sometimes also tries to hump the toy.
Is this normal behaviour for a puppy this age? Could it be excess energy, prey drive, or something I should be concerned about? Any advice would be appreciated
