is my dog playing, shy, or anti-social

my dog is a 9 year-old spayed female. She is well-mannered, never shows signs of any kind of aggression or disobedience and gets on very well with humans. However, for the first 4 years of her life, due to where we were living she had minimal contact with other dogs. She’d see them occasionally at the vet or on the street. She used to be very leash reactive but has calmed down a lot since she started going to daycares with other dogs (still a way to go though).

I’ve noticed she’s not aggressive when she is unrestrained, she’s curious around other dogs, shy, and playful, all though sometimes i feel she’s a bit rough? maybe it’s my own inexperience but she tends to be sort of jittery, especially when another curious dog comes up behind her or touches her unexpectedly. She has a tendency to use her paws a lot when playing to push/pin other dogs down though she doesn’t bare her teeth, growl, or bark. I’ve noticed she’s particularly rough with younger females and less so with older males but this may just be because the younger females are often in her face and very energetic.

I don’t want to put her or any other dog in a dangerous situation so i am seeking advice on how to differentiate awkwardness, rough playing and potential agression.
