Is my 6 month old suddenly needing to pee every hour a sign she has an uti?

One only had her a month, but I was only needing to take her out every 2-3 hours. Now if I don’t take her out every hour, she’ll pee in the house. 😔 is this worth a vet visit, or is this a teenage thing, and we just need to go back to basics? I would assume she would be going even more often if she had a uti.
