Is it possible for puppies for pee for attention?

I’m probably crazy but my puppy usually can hold it for at least 45 min. I’ve been pretty actively involved when she is awake like I play with her or at least sit by her.

But today I need to get back into focusing on my work and finding a routine that works for me and other responsibilities. I had her playing in the pen by herself but she can still see me. I ran outside with her beforehand and I did notice she was drinking a lot of water but she made 3 accidents within a 45 to 1 hour time frame. Clearish pees so maybe she did drink too much water, but is it really normal to take a puppy out more frequent than 20 minutes? I set an alarm for 30 min and she pees like 2 min before.

She is 14 weeks old maltipoo shes small so I get having a smaller bladder but this feels abnormal.

Can I get some help? 😭
