My apartment has a huge dog park with agility courses, and I’ve literally never seen anyone use it. I’ve seen a lot of advice saying you shouldn’t take your dog to dog parks, but I can’t find anything about whether it’s okay if the park is completely empty. Does anyone advise against using an empty one?
