I’m moving from Mexico to the States with my medium/large dog. He’s very well behaved and could qualify as a service dog since we’ve trained him and my husband has PTSD from his army days. Even if we get my dog registered as a service animal, I’m not sure how he would fit on the plane between my husbands legs for 5 hours.
A 51 hour drive from Mexico to Michigan is not an option. We don’t even own a car.
We were thinking to give my dog sedation meds and put him in cargo but I’m hearing horror stories. I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone else been in this situation? Need all the advice I can get thank you
