I don’t know what to do.

I have a nine week old Doberman puppy that I’ve had for a week and 2 days. She was pretty much potty trained, well as much as she could be at her age. She would almost never go pee in the house until my fiancé threw a bunch of food all over the backyard now instead of using the bathroom outside, she goes pee inside in the house and sniffs everywhere outside it is very difficult to get her to pee outside. I don’t know what to do. Everything was going pretty well with her and now it’s a struggle. Over the weekend, her routine was also thrown off. Because I asked for my fiancé‘s help and he didn’t stick to the schedule.
