How to socialize poodle puppy during a really cold winter?

(English is not my native language.) Mini poodle, 8 weeks at the moment.

I messed up it seems. I've realized recently that i have no idea how to socialize my puppy, or show him what "going on a walk" even is. Because where i live, the temperature during winter is between -30°C to -45°C (-22°F to -49°F) on average. (-50°C/-58°F if we're lucky…) The winter is also really long, it won't get much warmer until maybe April (usually around -3°C/26.6°F by that time).

We also don't have any puppy daycares at all, and there are barely any pet-friendly stores (i don't even know any, honestly), and i'm also afraid that he might get too cold on our way here even if i will find one.

If i wasn't misinformed, poodles also have low cold tolerance, right? I really blame myself for not thinking it through. I somehow completely forgot how long and cold the winter is here. 😓

I'm really worried. I have no idea what to do. Is it possible he now will be anxious/aggressive on the walks because of this?

I'm still going to socialize him in other ways i can (playing sounds, letting him walk on textures, toys). What else can i do?
