Hi, I have a 5 year old chihuahua. I live alone in the city. Ideally i would like to combine our daily walks with getting some food shopping done, but i am unsure if its a good idea to leave him outside, or if i am allowed to take him inside with me. I live in Europe. Any advice or tips would be helpful. Thanks
