How can I tire out my puppy without having to do long walks?

Hello! For context, I recently adopted a 3-4 month old mut puppy and I unfortunately can’t take her on long walks outside my house, at least not for now. When I adopted her I found out she has both a bacteria and parasite that she had gotten at the shelter she was at, and the vet told us to be vigilant and not let her eat things that would upset her stomach even more. Fast forward to almost a month now, my puppy is better but she stresses me out when she starts bark demanding… I’ve gotten her different toys, puzzle treat toys, play with her and try to make her round as much as she can inside our house. I’m scared to take her out because it seems she also has some skin allergies as of recently (maybe switching her kibble or something else). I live in an area where there’s a lot of grass, and I don’t want her catching some flees or something else. And until I can figure out what’s wrong with her skin being itchy, I want to know what other things she can do to not stress me, and for her to have enough physical activit. I do enforce crate naps from time to time when my patience is gone… sorry for the long post everyone, and I hope I made sense. I also want her to stop chewing on my couch and I cant figure out how to make her STOP
