help! My 5 month old puppy just ate part of a dead bird!!

She is a bichon frise, she’s only 8-10 pounds. She ate like ~2.7 inch piece. WILL SHE BE OKAY? HELP!! It just happened around 7:40 EST, I’m panicking right now!!
