Fresh Training ofa 6 month old corgi, fixed and vaccinated. Please help!

So, my family got a corgi some 4 months ago, June/july I think. Unfortunately, life got hectic and she wasn't trained as she should. Now, I'm really trying to get into a routine with her, but I'm honestly unsure if its working or I'm only making bigger mistakes in the long run. I'm less than an amateur, so I'm begging for advice.

Unfortunately I'm not entirly sure how to…"read" her. I can tell if she's defensive, thats a no brainer, but is it out of fear? Anger or frustration? Ears face and tail are usually what id look to but we are kinda missing one of those.

Current issues She will come inside from playing, and end up peeing not 10 minutes later.

I'm not even sure where to start, she usually ends up outside by the time I get off from work, so I've not seen her actually use the bathroom in days

Crate training. She absolutly HATES her crate, to the point she will actively growl and trying to scare you into not putting her in. She nips slightly, but she gives up once you actually pick her up. The weird thing is she's always had the crate, its not something new. I read everywhere to "make the crate a positive place", so I've been tossing treats in there when she's not paying attention so she will atleast eventually come across them. But I just don't understand HOW I make it a positive place when I'm supposed to put her in there every night to begin with.

Leash training, witch I know will come with time. She seems more or less comfortable with the harness, but I swear she thinks the leash is a snake. We actually were able to walk a good while without her going for the leash today, and whenever she would walk at the desired pace I'd give her a treat, but I'm still not sure

Eating. She eats most treats just fine, im using chopped bologna and cut up hotdogs mainly, but her actual dog food i don't think she even touches unless I'm feeding her by hand, and even that is slow.

Someone suggested I start from square one. Keep her in the crate for longer periods, and build up like you would a fresh from the litter pup. But I'm kinda weary they might still be the disciplining type when it comes to dog training.

I'm considering moving her crate to my room, instead of the living room. A quieter place that not everyone is stomping through and all. But thats not much if I don't know where to go from there.

So, any tips? Anywhere I should start?

Tldr; Got a young corgi that hasn't been trained, and not sure where to start to get an effective bases. Seeking advice!
