Feeling so embarrassed

I had a puppy training class with my shorkie, 5 months and 22 days. He barked for the entire hour, I felt so guilty and embarrassed. He knows sit, lay down, spin, is potty trained and crate trained — But isn’t very socialized. My fault entirely given I am incredibly introverted and my puppy definitely reacts to my anxiety. I felt beyond awful and felt like everyone hated me. I am seventeen so apologies for the dramatics.

Is there anyone that understands how I feel? I know I’m not the first to have a dog like this but it feels so isolating.
