I hope this is the right tag.
Lately I've seen many discussions about how dogs shouldn't be living in apartments in my country. I wanted to get the general opinion of everyone out of curiosity, because both sides have points. The general argument has been that all dogs should have a yard to run around since that's enrichment.
I do think high-energy dogs should have a yard to run around in. I also don't see how a small senior who sleeps all day shouldn't be living in an apartment as long as they go outside daily.
What do others think about this?
