Dog won’t stop sleeping on my bed 😫

I adopted a small dog about a year ago and of course I let him on the bed however lately he’s just been hogging the bed and I’m not really getting much rest. He has a dog bed and initially the night starts with him on his bed but of course by morning he’s made his way onto to mine.

Any suggestions???
