Dog suddenly digging holes and peeing in house at night

We moved house 6 weeks ago, from a bungalow to normal semidetached house.

Our dog is 4 year old female golden retriever. since we’ve moved in she pees in the kitchen virtually every night, and the last two weeks she’s suddenly been digging holes in the garden, and she’s jumping up at people on walks in a way she’s never done before.

the house next door has a small dog who seems to have a bit of an anxiety issue – it barks non stop every time it’s let out in the garden. We’ve been training our girl to “leave it” when this happens but she’s an overly excitable golden who wants to play with everyone she meets, and she’s tried to jump over the wall a couple of times (currently broken and low, will be refixed and tall again soon). I’m going to plant a row of shrubs between us and the neighbours to hopefully create more of a barrier/absorb the sound.

Is there anything else I should do? I’m not sure if the peeing is from stress but I’m convinced the hole digging is as she’s never done that since she was a puppy. it’s been a lot of change for her I know as I’ve started a new job and kids routines are different with new schools – it’s been a major for all of us. she’s getting enough walks and we play ball with her lots during the day too.

She‘a got hip dysplasia (no current medication) and incontinence since birth which has been rectified with surgery and propalin.
