Dog sudden limp from being a couch potato ?

Our dog developed a sudden limp on both of her back legs last night.

We haven't been able to take her out for her daily walks in almost 6days now because it's been too cold outside (she had frostbite in the past due to negligence from her previous owner), we've also been away 3 evenings in a row for some Christmas dinner with the family so she's spending a lot of time just lying down/sleeping without moving an inch (we have a camera we use to check on her while we're away and last night she literally didn't moved for 6hours straight). When we came back last night, we noticed the limp, seems to be on both side, her lower back seems a bit more curved towards the inside as well. It's always after she gets up and then she's fine after walking for a few seconds

We gently patted both of her legs and her back, we stretched them gently and slowly as well and everything is moving fine, she's not minding it and is not whining when we do so. We checked her pads and nails and everything is fine as well.

We called the emergency vet and they said that she might've actually pulled a muscle from being too much of a couch potato these past few days. They said that she might've just been sleeping wrong for too long and sort of got bed sore. We think it would make sense because even for myself, god forbid that I sleep wrong one night and for too long and my lower back and hip hurt for days.

We obviously trust the vet judgment. They said to keep an eye out and if it's not getting any better in 2-3 days to bring her in for some scans.

But has anyone had something similar happening to their dog ?
