Dog Pee on couch

My dog keeps peeing on the couch, and it gets to a point that it’s exhausting. She has done this a multitude of times and it’s been driving me crazy because I feel like it consumes the room with this warm pee. I would use the green machine, and the upholstery cleaner from Home Depot but I feel like the smell doesn’t permanently go away. Prior to using these machines I would use an enzymatic cleaner, but it seems like she just has a habit of peeing back in the same spot as if the smell isn’t completely obliterated. What cleaning tips would help with this??
