Dog odor resistant bed

i have a 12 yr old dog who has seborrhea, makes her stink more, the smell takes over the room at times even w regular baths. any beds that would work for her? she currently sleeps on blankets cus i find them easier to wash. she likes to lay on the bottom layer of my cat tree as well but the odor is getting attached to tree which makes me might need to throw it out now. tips are appreciated
