Hey I have a 1 year old border collie, and he keeps peeing in the same spot consistently even If he went outside to pee.
When i go to work I basically block off the area, and after 9-10 hours I come back and everything is perfect, I take him out, he does his stuff , he plays , we go back inside.
I unblock the area, and maybe 30 min later he will pee in that same spot, he will basically get my attention cuz he knows he did something bad, as soon as I get up and go check he'll go hide in his corner or on my bed cuz he knows he did something bad.
I clean after him, he goes back to what ever he was doing, playing with toys, sitting in the balcony. maybe after an hour he'll pee in the same spot again.
I don't know why he is doing this. he can hold it in. I know he can, but as soon as he feels a little tinkle while the spot is open i'll go and pee there.
Can someone please give me advice.
My only thought is that he gets board but he will do the same even after spending hours running and playing.
