does anyone know why my dog randomly walks to my room and stares at me?

I have 2 dogs, an 11 year old westie and a 6 year old yorkie, my oldest dog always does this thing where she just walks into whatever room i’m in and just stares at me

when i call her she never comes, she just goes away to whatever spot she was resting or hovers nearby
