Does anyone else feel guilty leaving their dog home even if they dont have separation anxiety?

I’ve had my pom for a few years and recently started checking in on her more via a doggy cam now that I'm working full time. She’s not anxious or destructive or anything, but she literally just sits there… like she’ll move from spot to spot and just lay there doing nothing for hours

Idk why but it makes me feel worse than if she was causing chaos 😭 it just feels like she’s bored out of her mind

I’ve tried leaving sniffmats and puzzles out but she finishes them all so quickly

Curious if anyone else’s dog is like this? I’ve been thinking a lot about how to fix this but nothing has seemed to really work so far (except for me working from home more lol)
