Do certain Dog breeds look down on other dog breeds

I have always been curious about this, do dog breeds look down on other dog breeds. For example do German Shepherd’s look at a poodle and thing, meh your a poodle I don’t have time for you. Or do poodles look at British bull dogs and think they are better than them?

I know, a dumb question, but just a deep thought when im on the toilet this morning
