Differences between Podencos and Pharao hounds? Is there a genetic test that can detect a podenco/pharaohound mix?

I am just asking because my family has a dog who could be a podenco/pharaohound mix or just a unusual podenco. She is a rescue from Spain and the rescue organisation told us she is a podenco but after having her for a few years and meeting a lot of podencos she has some features that are more fitting for a pharaohound then for a podenco.

Btw podenco is used here a sort of standin for all regional types. We cannot determine which of the podenco types she has in her due to hunters there not avoiding crossbreeding if it produces a better hunting dog.
