Hello puppy and trex owners!
My 3.5 month old is doing great progress with getting accustomed to her crate. I am able to crate her for overnight sleeping with minimal whining (I usually lay next to her 10-15 minutes and then sneak out to my own bed). I am trying to encourage her to take her daytime naps in her crate without forcing her in as to not create negative associations. She currently wants to take her daytime naps next to (almost in) her waterbowl.
Would it be beneficial for me to put her waterbowl inside her crate during the day (removing it at night) to increase positive associations with her crate and hopefully get her to have daytime naps in her crate?
Thanks for any insight:)
