Crazy abusive email from Diggs Pets

I have bought two Diggs Pet's crates before for my dog and recently my dog chewed the bottom door latch. I have read this can be a somewhat common occurrence. I reached out to Diggs about buying a new one and they suggested I reach out to on the warranty part of the website. To my shock, I received the following message from their customer support. I cannot imagine treating customers like this is good for their business. Beware!
