border collie, male, smooth coat, working line (now 5m old, 32' obviously too smol)
some say 36' is just right even at adult
though 40' is more comfortable/spacious (ain't it actually for golden retriever-like size breed) and there's a risk leaving crate space enough for him to poop (mine doesn't have this problem yet not sure because he just don't or just not enough space for him)
