Can littermate syndrome happen when you already have adult dogs?

I was thinking about adopting 2 boy Labrador puppies from the same litter. Can littermate syndrome happen when I already have 3 adult boy dogs (one is a Labrador).

All dogs are neutered and the puppies will be neutered as well.
