I have a 3 month old puppy and a 4 year old child. The puppy has always loved running around with the 4 year old in our backyard, but has recently started jumping/biting on him. Any tips on the best way to train in this situation? The 4 year old isn’t good at listening, so he doesn’t stop running or playing around when she starts jumping and I’m not always close enough to intervene. I was thinking of just keeping her on a leash when he’s running around to just have her watch and give her treats when she’s calm. But I wasn’t sure if there were any other suggestions.
