Best dog boots that cover a little up the paw? My boy got scraped up by icy snow while playing

It snowed, then rained, the top layer of snow froze a little icy and as he was jumping in and out of snow it was scraping his back legs. What boots u guys recommend that cover the legs a bit and are warm? He also gets cold paws when it get super cold. Aussie, medium dog
