Are there dogs that CANT/SHOULDN’T do bite work? What’s the reason?

I saw a tiktok of a person saying they were gonna try to train their pug for bite-work and hunting. Are there any drawbacks to doing that, since pugs aren’t bred for that? The only thing I couldn’t think of would be the dog getting hurt because of how small it is. I’d like to know what everyone else thinks!
