Anyone lost 2 dogs near Apple, OK

I am from Dallas area, and was taking a motorcycle road riding yesterday to Choctaw Nation area, OK.

I think it was 1pm to 2, on route 93 from Apple to Rattan, I stopped after Franzier creek bridge to have a look at the river, there are some trial created by some vechle along the river side. The location is about here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/S1mjEP7MUawZE7U56

Before I reach the bank, 2 small dogs barked and ran at me, there was no other people nor vechle around. I was a little scared and shout them off. But on my way walking back to my bike, I was thinking they may be thrown away? otherwise why no one around.
