Our 4-month old puppy is doing really well with toilet training. We leave the sliding door open for her, and she just toddles out and takes care of business.
Except for when it's raining.
The first few weeks we brought her home was a pretty dry period, so all her early training was on sunny, dry days. Now, the only accidents she has inside are when it's raining. I'm guessing she doesn't want to get her delicate little feet wet.
Any suggestions? Should we just take her out regularly when it's raining like we did when she was first learning? Maybe she just hasn't made the association with wet ground and going outside yet?
Any and all advice would be very much appreciated.
