Any recommendations for Car Seat Belt Harnesses?

I found the OneTigris Car Harness and I have 3 harnesses that are very good, but I don't know if such a specialized harness from them is also good, I saw a lot of information there but it doesn't expressly say that it is certified or anything.

So if I can get any advise, I would really appreciate it!
